In these tough economic times, many parents in the Greater Philadelphia area are out of work. Many families can barely pay for heat in their homes or put food on their tables and have absolutely no money left over to buy their children gifts or toys for the holidays. With your help, we all can make a difference. We can ensure that as many children as possible experience the excitement of the holiday season by providing new toys to families in need. In 2010 alone, generous, caring people just like you helped The Salvation Army provide over 13,000 children with new toys!
The Beasley Firm has joined forces with The Axelrod Firm, PC, to do what we can to make sure every child has a gift this holiday season and are collecting new, unwrapped toys for The Salvation Army to distribute to families in need.
Here is how you can also help:
- Bring: New, unwrapped toys for children ages infant to 14 years old
- Place: The bin in the lobby of The Beasley Building, 1125 Walnut Street, Philadelphia
- Dates: November 14 - December 14, 2011
- Times: Monday-Friday, 12 pm – 7 pm (excluding holidays)
Because of your generosity, please feel free to pull into The Beasley Firm private parking lot located on 12th Street, right before Walnut Street, when dropping off your toys. However, due to the limited number of parking spots, we must limit parking time to 5 minutes to ensure we have room for all that have come out to donate.
Let's share the spirit of the holidays and make this holiday season joyous for everyone!
