Nancy is a trial attorney at The Beasley Firm who handles all sorts of complex cases, but concentrates her practice on pharmaceutical liablity and civil rights. Prior to joining The Beasley Firm, Nancy specialized in the litigation of plaintiffs’ mass tort and class action lawsuits against pharmaceutical and medical products companies, as well as complex medical malpractice cases. Nancy began her work in the mass tort and medical malpractice fields by representing defendants, before she switched to representing plaintiffs.

Nancy has achieved substantial settlements and verdicts as a first-chair litigator in courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and New York. These settlements for victims of errors by medical providers include: $2.8 million for a child placed in a vegetative state; $2.4 million for a woman destined to a life of urological catherization procedures; $2.4 million for a man who required a heart transplant, and more than $2 million for a brain-damaged child.

Nancy received a B.A. in History from Gettysburg College (Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude) and a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law (Moot Court Board). She became a member of the Pennsylvania bar in 1983, and the New York bar in 2004.
