David is the man to see when the opposition appeals the cases we win in court. Like many of the firm’s lawyers, he graduated from the Temple University Law School that bears the Beasley name. Like many of the firm’s lawyers, he has practiced at The Beasley Firm throughout his career, dating back to the mid-1980s.

And, like many of the firm’s lawyers, David has passionate interests beyond the law. His novel, Night Spell, was published in 1991, and he has continued to write novels since that time. He is also an exceptional athlete, although, unfortunately, the bane of aging athletes -- knee injuries -- recently caused him to give up the weekly basketball game he so enjoyed. A lover of languages, he became fluent in Italian for another reason as well -- as a matter of necessity, given that his wife is from Rome and their daughter is bilingual.

David's exemplary talent for legal writing in general, and the art of appellate persuasion in particular, is widely recognized. His work regularly draws the highest of praises, not only from his colleagues at the Firm, but from opposing counsel and Judges as well -- and it produces results.

David is an appeals specialist, and an invaluable asset to the Firm.
